ppAs a first party collector, you will provide a broad range of financial related support in collecting monies owed to PPG. This position is primarily office-based, with four days per week onsite and one versátil workday. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview open accounts for collection efforts /li liConduct and manage collection calls to collect Accounts Receivables /li liOutbound notation and call goals to be met monthly /li liProcess payments /li liDevelop relationships with customers /li liMaintain and manage accurate collection files /li liProvide timely follow‑up on payment arrangements utilizing the treatment schedule /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business oriented field of study and Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience is a plus. /li liNative English Speaking /li liPrevious experience in a credit or collections role, preferred. /li liSolid understanding of ERP like SAP or Oracle and various other credit software. /li liEffective business writing and professional communication. /li liProven effective customer service skills, preferably 1–2 years' experience in collections,
