As Content Engineer you will build the systems, automations, and workflows that scale cross-market content operations for Taxfix and Steuerbot. You’ll run CRO and ASO experiments with rigor, automate content pipelines, and craft reusable templates to reduce manual work across DE, UK, and ES. The role sits in the Organic Acquisition team, enabling efficient content growth through AI-powered tools and no-code platforms. You will shape how content informs conversions and user experience at scale.

• Design, run and analyze CRO, ASO and personalization experiments across web and app store listings
• Build and own a structured experimentation framework (hypotheses, prioritisation, execution, measurement, learning)
• Implement multi-armed bandit testing to optimise variants across segments and markets
• Drive content personalisation for key user segments to improve relevance and conversion
• Collaborate with ASO tooling ( ) to improve experiment quality and velocity, owning end-to-end process
• Automate content generation beyond FAQs (HowTo, Article, TaxCalculator, Breadcrumb, Qu0026A schema) and formats for AI answer engines and LLMs




• Define and maintain scalable content templates for diverse content types (comparison pages, how-to guides, tax explainers, calculators)
• Create translation automation pipelines across DE, EN, ES and design cross-market templates for localization
• Identify repetitive manual processes and automate them; maintain dashboards to track performance
• Coordinate between content agency and internal systems to ensure smooth handoffs and quality across markets

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in content operations, growth marketing, or similar in a digital product company
• Hands-on with automation platforms (n8n, Make)
• Strong knowledge of AI tools (Claude, AI agents) and practical usage
• Experience designing xqbhyrx and running structured experiments with statistical rigor
• Understanding of ASO/CRO fundamentals
• Experience with structured data formats (JSON-LD, )
• Interest in content personalisation across user segments
• Familiarity with CMS (headless/composable like Uniform) and SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Search Console)
• High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving
• Proficient in English; German/Spanish a bonus
