You will play a key role in bridging gaps between teams, aligning priorities, and ensuring smooth delivery across functions. /li /ul pYour strong understanding of technology will help you identify inefficiencies across the organization and propose innovative, practical solutions to resolve them. You’ll also continuously seek opportunities to enhance team productivity and streamline processes. /p pYou will be supported by a fully staffed engineering team of 6, including the Engineering Manager, who will partner with you to successfully deliver on these initiatives. /p h3What will be your impact: /h3 ul li Bridge internal GTM teams engineering:



ul liTranslate process friction into clear technical deliverables, ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering capacity. /li liTransform risky process into successful internal product. /li liYou will take advantage of extremely fast feedback loop from ideation to deployment. /li /ul /li liCollaborate with top leadership of every department, understand their internal needs and be a strong driver for change in the company. /li liOwn project delivery: Lead planning, scoping, and execution of cross-functional initiatives across engineering, CSM, sales, marketing. /li liOwn functional KPIs of the projects you will work on, define success metrics, business impacts and follow-up on those in collaboration with non-engineering teams. /li liProcess coordination: participate to sprints, roadmaps, retrospectives to keep projects on track in a fast-paced startup environment. /li liOptimize internal operations via a dedicated software engineering team. /li liRisk management: Anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively propose solutions to keep delivery on time and within scope. /li liStakeholder communication: Provide transparent status updates, timelines, and reports to leadership and team members. /li liQuality scalability: Champion best practices in technical project management, ensuring projects scale efficiently as the company grows. /li /ul h3You would be great fit if you have: /h3 ul li2-4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a consultancy or software startup.
