/li /brliTranslate financial complexity into clear and actionable messages, facilitating decision-making at all levels of the organization. /li /brliLead the continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and tools, increasing the efficiency and impact of the controlling function on the business. /li /brliCollaborate cross-functionally with key areas (Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Retail) to ensure the achievement of business objectives. /li /br /ul /brh3About You /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, preferably. /li /brliMinimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, FPA, or finance. /li /brliPrevious experience in the retail/textile sector will be valued. /li /brliStrong analytical and financial skills, with a decision-making mindset. /li /brliAdvanced command of Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be a plus. /li /brliAdvanced level of Spanish and English; other languages will be valued. /li /brliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different stakeholders. /li /brliStrategic mindset, with a strong business and results orientation. /li /brliHigh level of proactivity, autonomy, and ownership.
