Experteer Overview
In this AI Engineer role, you will help build the next generation of Coro's AI-powered products and services. You will design GenAI applications, implement agentic workflows, and develop robust data pipelines that translate client data into actionable analytics. You’ll work across rapid POCs, MVPs, and deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and develop GenAI applications (copilots, workflow automation, decision support) using modern LLM stacks
• Implement agentic workflows with tool use, multi-step execution, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Build and optimize search, retrieval, and knowledge pipelines across diverse data stores
• Develop robust agent capabilities including context management, memory, orchestration, and tool integration
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows via APIs and data systems
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements, tradeoffs, and delivery plans
• Build ML solutions end-to-end including data prep, modeling, training, validation, and monitoring
• Create reproducible training/evaluation pipelines and demonstrate deep learning proficiency
• Adhere to SDLC,



implement MLOps/GenAIOps practices, and ensure secure deployment
• Deliver client-facing work while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support proposal shaping, scoping, and delivery roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of AI/ML engineering with strong backend fundamentals
• Strong Python proficiency and API/service development experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, latency, cost, and security considerations
• Experience building advanced retrieval/search systems and multi-data-store ecosystems
• Experience implementing agentic patterns with modern frameworks or custom loops
• Experience creating reusable skills/tools/services with schema validation
• Solid engineering practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, performance profiling
• Cloud deployment experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker and Kubernetes
• Security, privacy, and governance capabilities for AI systems
