Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead accounting and administrative operations for X-ELIO's Spanish entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support growth in a fast-moving renewable energy environment. You will drive closings, statutory reporting, and external audits while developing a high-performing local team. This position offers a chance to shape finance processes and leverage digital tools to scale our Spanish operations. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead accounting and administrative operations for Spain across multiple entities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with quality and timeliness
• Oversee statutory financial statements and compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP
• Coordinate external audits, tax processes, and relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators
• Develop and mentor a team of four accounting professionals
• Drive process optimization, automation,



and digitalization using SAP S/4HANA
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Development, and Construction on complex transactions, project accounting, Mu0026A, and financing

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years in a similar leadership role within multinational environments
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP; experience in renewables or project-based industries is a plus
• Advanced SAP user (S/4HANA a plus) and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomous work style, multi-priority management
• Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder management
