We are passionate about our mission to empower people to achieve financial independence, and we utilize thoughtful and innovative strategies to expand our impact. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pIn collaboration with our US team, the Personal Finance Coach will be responsible for expanding our personal finance offering for Spain, which includes: /p ul liLocalized content development – review existing content, determine changes needed to apply to local market, create additional content based on gaps identified in personal finance topics /li liProduct development and innovation – develop new products, services, curriculum, and leverage technology to continually innovate existing products and services /li liResearch and content contribution – analyze data and experiences to write or edit articles and develop research on trends in personal finance /li liFinancial education and guidance – facilitate workshops, webcasts,



and one on one meetings to help individuals improve their financial habits and behaviors /li liStrategic contributions and leadership – leverage personal passions and talents to lead or contribute to build our team and business in Spain /li /ul h3REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liThorough knowledge of all aspects of financial planning for Spain’s population including money management, debt, investing, retirement, taxes, and estate planning /li li10 years min. industry experience and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) via FPSB Spain, or EFPA Spain’s European Financial Planner (EFP) certification /li liFluent in English and Spanish /li liAbility and interest in leveraging technology to deliver information in a clear and usable format /li liCoaching approach employing active listening and assessment of needs, compassion and understanding, ability to change approach based on individual needs /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking experience /li liInitiative, dedication, flexibility, and desire to work in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment /li liAttention to detail, especially crucial in developing high quality content /li /ul h3LOCATION AND TIME COMMITMENT /h3 ul liSpain – Flexible in-country location, remote work.
