This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with underwriting teams, providing analytical and operational support that contributes to informed underwriting decisions. /p pYou will combine fundamental credit analysis with commercial insight to support underwriting decisions particularly in our Credit Surety Reinsurance segment covering sectors such as Construction, Telecommunications, Automotives, Real Estate etc. and drive efficiency through AI, data and technology. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Credit Assessment Appetite /h3 ul liPerform credit analysis and internal rating assessments of corporate obligors across industries and geographies /li liRecommend credit limits in line with internal risk appetite, policies, and governance standards /li liIdentify key risk drivers, mitigants, and early warning signals /li /ul h3Portfolio Monitoring Risk Management /h3 ul liMonitor existing exposures and assess the impact of market, sector, and company-specific developments /li liContribute to portfolio-level insights, including sector trends and concentration risks /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner closely with underwriting and risk management teams globally /li liCommunicate credit views effectively to support timely and informed decision-making /li liBuild strong working relationships across regions and functions /li /ul h3Operational Excellence Transformation /h3 ul liDrive efficiency in credit processes, improving turnaround times and consistency of outputs /li liContribute to data-driven and AI-enabled transformation initiatives within Credit Surety Reinsurance segment /li liSupport development and enhancement of tools, methodologies, and credit frameworks /li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pThe Credit Product Centre (CPC) is a global team supporting the Credit Surety business across regions.



The team plays a critical role in: /p ul liDelivering high-quality credit risk assessments for underwriting decisions /li liDriving strategic initiatives in risk analytics and portfolio insights /li liEnsuring consistency, governance, and best practices across the credit process /li liSupporting pricing, monitoring, and portfolio steering /li /ul pThe team operates globally with presence in multiple key locations and works closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, risk, and functional areas. /p h3About You /h3 pYou're an analytical thinker with strong financial acumen and a passion for understanding global markets. You thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining independent judgment and can effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. Your curiosity drives you to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in this evolving field. /p h3We Are Looking For Candidates Who Meet These Requirements /h3 ul li4-8 years of experience in credit analysis and credit-related work /li liStrong academic background with a relevant business degree and/or post-graduate qualification (MBA/CFA or similar) /li liProficient in financial spreading, financial projections, and handling credit application documents /li liGood knowledge of global macroeconomics, financial markets, and credit-related products /li liStrong quantitative and analytical skills with good command of English and Spanish (proficiency in German/French would be a plus) /li liWorking knowledge of database management tools and strong Excel skills /li liConvincing interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment /li liSelf-starter organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /li liAbility to manage diverse projects and tasks simultaneously. /li liDigital transformation project experience – would be a plus /li /ul pFor Spain,



the base salary range for this position is between 42,000 EUR and 70,000 EUR for a full-time role. /p h3The Specific Salary Offered Considers /h3 ul lithe requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role /li lithe applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience /li /ul pIn situations where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
