In this role, you will own the lifecycle of injection-m molded plastic components from development through serial production in a tightly regulated, international setting. You’ll work with internal teams and general suppliers to deliver robust, high-quality manufacturing solutions that support our mission in life sciences. You’ll lead tool qualification, changes, and technology transfers, shaping scalable production and ensuring compliance. This is an onsite position in Barcelona with a strong emphasis on cross-border collaboration and impactful technical leadership.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Qualify and validate tools for plastic component production
• Coordinate initial sample inspection reports with internal or external teams
• Manage technical changes and deviations in a regulated environment
• Perform technical evaluations and process error/deviation reporting
• Support transfer of technologies from development to serial production




• Create and update 2D/3D drawings of plastic components
• Lead technical projects for injection-molded parts: specifications, tool release, sampling, series launch, and capacity planning with international suppliers

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Hands-on experience in tool qualification and tool release processes
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing and tool xqbhyrx technology; microfluidic injection molding a plus
• Experience with change management in regulated environments (GMP, pharma, or chemical)
• Background in industrialization and serial production of integrated assemblies; CAD proficiency
• Fluent English (written and spoken); willingness to travel internationally; German is a plus
