/p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pbSource and Analyze New Investment Opportunities /b /p ul liIdentify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector /li liConduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability /li liEvaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies /li liPrepare detailed investment memorandums and deal‑related documentation /li /ul pbSupport Deal Execution /b /p ul liAssist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis /li liDevelop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership /li liSupport negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing /li liManage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul libBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance /b (engineering degree plus additional academic background in Business or Finance is a strong plus) /li lib1‑3 years of relevant experience /b in binvestment banking, top‑tier management consulting, corporate development, MA or strategy roles /b /li liSolid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
