ph3MIS Implementation Specialist - Job Description /h3 pThe MIS (Management Information System) implementation Specialist is responsible for the strategic oversight, implementation, and day-to-day management of the group’s MIS “iSAMS” including its integration with third‑party software, across the region. This role ensures that all systems and data are accurate, reliable, and aligned with academic, administrative, and regulatory requirements. The MIS Specialist collaborates with school‑based data manager and IT staff to deliver a seamless, high‑quality user experience for teachers, administrators, and leadership teams. The idóneo candidate will also provide multilingual support, ensuring effective management and assistance across schools with diverse language needs. This role may require travel to schools and offices across the region, as needed, to provide ongoing support and oversight. /p h3Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility /h3 h3System Management Operations /h3 ul liOversee the day‑to‑day management and performance of the MIS across assigned schools, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of student, academic, and administrative modules. /li liServe as the primary point of contact between schools and the MIS central team for system updates, releases, and issue resolution. /li /ul h3Implementation Projects /h3 ul liLead or coordinate MIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. /li liCollaborate with central technology teams to configure systems and workflows according to group policies and best practices.



/li liSupport the onboarding of new schools and contribute to system design and process improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Support Training /h3 ul liProvide second‑line support for MIS‑related issues escalated by school staff. /li liDevelop and deliver training and documentation to ensure end users are confident and self‑sufficient in using the MIS. /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with school leadership teams to understand operational needs and translate them into MIS solutions. /li /ul h3Data Management Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure timely and accurate data entry, validation, and reporting for student, attendance, and academic information. /li liAssist schools in generating reports for internal use, regulatory compliance, and performance tracking. /li liWork with academic and administrative teams to optimize data flows and reporting processes. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Collaboration /h3 ul liProvide guidance and direction to local school IT or MIS coordinators. /li liCollaborate closely with the Regional Head of Technology to align on strategy, priorities, and standards. /li liFoster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and user‑centric service. /li /ul h3Skills,
