You are both strategic and hands‑on: able to define go‑to‑market frameworks, craft messaging, and enable internal teams to communicate the product effectively. You understand how B2B buyers think and how to position a software solution in a competitive travel and expense ecosystem. /p h3Your role in BizAway /h3 ul liOwn and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for new features, product launches, and key initiatives /li liDefine and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different ICPs and personas. /li liCollaborate closely with the Product team to translate roadmap and features into customer‑facing narratives. /li liWork with Marketing to ensure consistent communication across channels (website, campaigns, sales materials, etc.) /li liEnable Sales and Customer Success teams with product storytelling, training, and materials (decks, one‑pagers, battlecards) /li liConduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning and GTM decisions.



/li liSupport product adoption and engagement through clear communication and enablement strategies. /li liMeasure and optimise GTM performance, messaging effectiveness, and product understanding across teams /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing. /li liProven experience in go‑to‑market strategy and execution. /li liStrong ability to translate complex product features into clear business value. /li liExperience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
