ph3Job Description /h3 pOur client is expanding their Physical Design organization and is looking for an experienced Physical Design Lead to drive end to end physical implementation of complex SoC or SiP programs. /p pIn this role, you will take ownership of the full physical implementation flow, from floorplanning and implementation through tape out, production and post silicon validation. You will work closely with IP providers, EDA vendors and silicon or package partners to ensure high performance and reliable chip delivery at advanced technology nodes. /p pbLocation /b: Barcelona, Spain - Hybrid /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 pAs a bPhysical Design Lead /b, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: /p ul lipLead the full physical implementation process of complex SoCs using advanced technology nodes /p /li lipDrive coordination between chip design, package design and PCB teams to ensure alignment /p /li lipCollaborate with external IP providers, EDA vendors and silicon or package vendors /p /li lipEnsure compliance with product goals, timelines and quality targets through structured planning and reporting /p /li lipProvide technical guidance on physical design flow, design for test and EDA methodologies /p /li lipModerate design reviews and technical discussions to enable efficient decision making /p /li lipSupport reliability, yield optimization and production readiness /p /li lipPerform hands on technical tasks when required to support the team /p /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul lipMaster or PhD degree in Computer Science, Microelectronics,



Physics or related field /p /li lipProven experience with multiple tape outs of high performance SoCs or SiPs for mass production /p /li lipStrong background in advanced physical implementation flows and high speed digital design /p /li lipDemonstrated experience managing complex SoC or SiP programs as a functional lead /p /li lipExperience working with external IP, EDA and silicon or package vendors /p /li lipExcellent presentation, coordination and conflict management skills /p /li lipStrong understanding of reliability and yield optimization /p /li lipEnglish level C1 or higher /p /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul lipExperience with multi chiplet design /p /li lipExposure to advanced packaging technologies /p /li lipBackground in post silicon validation and production ramp up /p /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pOur client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
