The adecuado candidate combines strong technical project management expertise with a solid understanding of SAP upgrade projects and proven track record of SAP related database migration projects – preferably Oracle to HANA. The project manager should have the ability to effectively coordinate technical and business stakeholders in an international environment. /p h3Travel Requirements /h3 pThis role requires frequent travel to: bGothenburg /b (technical team) and bMunich /b (business team) /p h3Location /h3 pThe Project Manager must be based in Europe to allow easy travel to Gothenburg and Munich. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead two different SAP migration workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives /li liManage SAP RISE migration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle,



from planning to execution and delivery /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders /li liParticipate in technical discussions, understand proposed technical concepts, and facilitate decision-making without requiring hands‑on technical consulting /li liIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues /li liMonitor project progress, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders /li liDrive execution excellence and ensure successful delivery of project objectives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong technical Project Management experience with a good understanding of SAP upgrade projects /li liAbility to follow technical discussions and understand proposed technical concepts (hands‑on technical consulting is not required) /li liExperience with SAP RISE is a strong advantage /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liStrong execution mindset with a results‑oriented approach /li liFluent English, both written and spoken /li liGerman language skills are an advantage but not mandatory /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
