Our aim is to improve people’s health and quality of life across the globe. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /pulli Understand and complete patient prescriptions for all Impress treatment types. /lili Create dental treatment plans from 3D scanned images using 3d Orthodontic correction software, creating virtual setups according to the patient#39;s needs and defined Impress protocol requirements. /lili Revise and approve the final treatment plan for both initial treatment plans and refinements, initiating production. /lili Represent Impress, building trust relationships with our patients, and assisting patients in finding the treatment plan suited for their needs that will exceed their expectations. /lili Solve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meetings in the clinic, telephone calls, video conferences, and email communication.



/lili Hold video calls with patients to explain treatment plans to answer any questions or concerns, and offer alternative treatment plans for patients not eligible for immediate aligner treatments. /lili Make visits to the clinic to meet with patients to discuss treatment possibilities if needed. /lili Comply with Impress’ quality standards and clinical protocols at all times according to our best practices. /lili Efficiency and quality KPI targets need to be met to provide the best experience to our patients. /lili Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. /lili Self-motivation and a hunger for success.
