Associates in Financial Restructuring work on a variety of transactions within the group, including debtor‑ and creditor‑side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions. /p h3Services /h3 ul liAdvising companies and stakeholders in out‑of‑court restructuring transactions /li liProvide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations /li liParticipating in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients /li liProviding distressed MA advisory /li liAdvisory in relation to debt and equity raising in the context of stressed and distressed situations /li liThe environment at Houlihan Lokey is results‑driven and entrepreneurial and, as such, rewards top performers with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior‑level professionals and clients. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial information /li liCreate financial models /li liCoordinate and perform business due diligence /li liPrepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations /li liPrepare preliminary valuation analysis,
