With your experience, you can quickly take ownership, work independently, and deliver results within a fast-paced environment. /ph3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3ulliLead packaging development activities for new product launches inside the organization; /liliTranslate commercial briefs into technical packaging concepts; /liliEvaluate, develop and qualify packaging concepts and materials in line with functionality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements; /liliIdentify and drive packaging optimizations, including cost improvements, material changes, and production efficiencies; /liliLead packaging implementation projects in a cross functional teams; /liliCoordinate with NPD, procurement, suppliers, and production teams; /liliLead industrial trials and ensure compliance with functionality, sustainability,



and regulatory requirements; /liliDocument packaging specifications and hand over to the Technical Office and Operations teams. /li /ulpIn this role, you will report to the Packaging Development Manager. /ph3Do you fit this profile? /h3ulliYou have a Bachelor or master degree, such as Packaging Science and Technology, Industrial Design Engineering, Food Processing or related disciplines; /liliMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Packaging RD is preferred, with preference in a food environment; /liliYou have basic knowledge of most common packaging materials and formats.
