In this Senior Consultant role, you design, deliver and grow assessment and talent insight solutions for clients in Spain and beyond. You’ll translate data into actionable guidance across selection, development, and leadership initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and international partners. Your work shapes talent frameworks, assessment methodologies, and client-facing materials that drive strategic people decisions. This is a client-facing, impact-focused role in a fast-paced, collaborative practice with growth opportunities across markets.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and deliver assessment solutions, including centres, interviews, simulations, surveys, 360º feedback, and reports
• Build success profiles, competency models and talent frameworks aligned with client strategy
• Lead end-to-end assessment projects from scoping to delivery and client presentation
• Facilitate assessment and feedback sessions with participants, managers and senior stakeholders
• Analyze assessment data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Prepare high-quality client materials: proposals, presentations, reports, and recommendations
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to commercial activity,



including proposals and identifying opportunities for further work
• Collaborate with international BTS teams across markets and workstreams
• Support development of internal knowledge, methodologies and thought leadership

Responsabilidades
• Strong consulting experience with a focus on talent assessment, leadership development or organizational development
• Excellent communication and facilitation in Spanish and English; Italian or Portuguese a plus
• Experience designing or delivering assessment, development or talent insight solutions
• Strong project management, able to run multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Ability to establish trusted client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, turning xqbhyrx data into insights
• Ability to structure complex ideas and create high-quality client materials
• Commercial mindset with willingness to contribute to proposals and business development
• Collaborative, international, fast-paced, multidisciplinary team experience
• Degree in Psychology, Business, HR or Organizational Development is valuable but not required
