ppWe are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join our Iberian Investment team in the Madrid office and actively contribute to the identification, analysis, execution and monitoring of investment opportunities in assets and platforms linked to the energy transition. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in the analysis of new investment opportunities, including the review of markets, business models, assets, regulatory risks, key contracts and expected returns. /li liPrepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, sensitivity cases and investment scenarios to support decision‑making by the senior team and investment committees. /li liSupport the execution of transactions, including the coordination of due diligence processes, preparation of internal materials, interaction with external advisors and follow‑up of financial, legal, technical and commercial documentation. /li liMonitor portfolio assets and platforms, including performance analysis, financial model updates, internal reporting and support for value creation initiatives. /li liCollaborate with internal development, financing, asset management, operations and energy management teams to assess opportunities and optimize investment performance /li /ul h3Experience and requirements /h3 ul li3 years or more of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, MA, project finance,



corporate finance or strategy/transaction advisory, ideally with exposure to the energy or infrastructure sectors. /li liStrong analytical and financial modelling skills, including experience in valuation, returns analysis, financing structures and preparation of investment materials. /li liFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
