In this role, you will actively support the ideation and development of new products across our portfolio, working alongside cross-functional teams — including RD, Packaging, Creative, Education, and Supply — to help bring innovative, on-brand products to life. This is a collaborative, contributor role where your attention to detail, market knowledge, and passion for beauty will make a direct impact on what lands on shelves worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliSupport the Brand Manager in the ideation and concept development of new products, contributing market insights, trend analysis, and category knowledge to shape the innovation pipeline.
/liliActively participate in new product development projects within the hair colour category, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams (RD, Packaging, Supply, Controlling) to ensure smooth execution across all stages. /liliBuild product concepts grounded in market trends and consumer needs, and help drive their implementation across the relevant levers: creative, digital, and education. /liliConduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify category opportunities, white spaces, and areas to grow brand relevance and profitability. /liliCoordinate with forecasting and demand planning teams to support accurate and timely product availability for launches. /liliContribute to the development of promotional campaigns and launch activations, collaborating with the Creative, Education and Sales teams to ensure strong brand storytelling at every touchpoint. /liliSupport the preparation of sell-in presentations and commercial materials in coordination with the sales team to ensure effective product roll-out at trade level. /liliAssist the Brand Manager in portfolio management tasks, briefing of POS materials and assets, and day-to-day project coordination across teams. /liliTrack post-launch performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation or range extensions. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ulliMinimum 2 years of experience in product management within the hair colour industry, cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry — OR in a product development role within an adjacent FMCG category.
