As Game Design Director for Star Trek Fleet Command, you lead the content and systems that drive long-term growth and player mastery. You oversee a design pipeline, mentor teams, and align live-ops with product goals to deliver compelling, scalable experiences. You’ll shape the economy and progression while collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the genre forward. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role at a top mobile game studio with a global player base.

• Own the content pipeline and direct designers and live ops specialists to craft engaging experiences for millions of players
• Guide the creative process to meet game vision and player/product needs with accuracy
• Mentor designers in systems and economy design to raise standards
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, people development, and engagement
• Shape design processes to meet and exceed player expectations
• Collaborate with design leaders to shape the future of the game economy
• Work with Designers, Product Managers, Analysts, and Engineers to implement features advancing the genre




• Evaluate performance using data, player feedback, and playtesting insights
• Design for scale with long-term content extensibility and system health

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of game design leadership experience
• Proven experience in F2P systems design and progression modelling
• 8+ years of experience designing systems or economies for live, F2P games (MMO/4X/strategy preferred)
• Deep experience with complex game economies in F2P contexts
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Track record of delivering clear creative direction and constructive feedback
• Experience across concept, progression, interface, monetization, and retention
• Ability to translate KPI targets and data into design direction
• Mastery of spreadsheets and balancing power curves, pacing, and resource flow
• Experience working cross-functionally in live production environments
• Positive, collaborative approach to development
