As a Field Service Engineer, you will independently support Sakura customers in various technical areas such as installation, training, support, repair, service and warranty. Your place of responsibility will mainly be Madrid. Occasional support in other regions may be required will be arranged in consultation with you. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide effective technical support to customers internal stakeholders. /li liManage, co-ordinate, monitor, repair and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment. /li liKeep abreast of and implement new developments, improvements and regulations for Sakura products. /li liMaintain a working knowledge of all Sakura equipment by attending regular technical training at the Sakura Academy. /li liResponsible for effective and efficient complaints handling. /li liAchieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year. /li liTimely and adequate reporting through CRM. /li liQuality assurance. /li liParticipate in various project teams. /li /ul h3We perfectly match if /h3 h3you have /h3 ul lia secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with a technical (mechanical)
