In this Backend Engineer role at N26, you’ll help shape the customer identity platform that powers onboarding across multiple European markets. You’ll work on modernising the architecture and strengthening the secure, compliant verification stack used for KYC, AML, and GDPR checks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features that scale with growth, while mentoring peers and sharing knowledge. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on how new customers are onboarded and trusted.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong bias for action and delivering xqbhyrx results
• Awareness of security considerations in software
• Ability to write well-tested and well-documented code
• Ability to give and receive open, direct, timely feedback
