The role covers the full commercial lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and developing customer relationships to negotiating bankable agreements that support renewable energy projects. /p pReporting to the Head of European Origination, the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's commercial footprint and enabling the successful commercialization of wind, solar, and battery energy storage (BESS) assets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporate customers, utilities, energy traders, and other off-takers across European markets. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key market participants, including CI customers, financial institutions, utilities, trading houses, public sector organizations, and strategic partners. /li liLead commercial discussions, workshops,



and client meetings to develop market opportunities and originate new PPA and RtM transactions. /li liStructure tailored Route-to-Market and Power Purchase Agreement solutions for renewable energy assets, including wind, solar PV, and BESS. /li liLead the negotiation of commercial terms and coordinate the execution of PPAs from origination through contract signing. /li liWork closely with Finance, Legal, Development, Technical, and Risk teams to develop commercially attractive, bankable, and investable transaction structures. /li liMonitor market developments, pricing trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and optimize commercial strategies. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of origination processes, commercial models, and market intelligence. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. /li li3-5 years of experience in renewable energy, energy trading, energy markets, or a related commercial role. /li liStrong understanding of European electricity markets, market participants, and energy market fundamentals. /li liProven knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Route-to-Market (RtM) agreements, Guarantees of Origin (GOs), and renewable energy commercialization. /li liExperience in commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management. /li liGood understanding of commodity markets, risk management principles, and electricity pricing mechanisms. /li liStrong analytical, financial, and commercial skills, with the ability to develop innovative customer solutions. /li liExcellent communication,



negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused mindset. /li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional, international teams. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken).
