Our model combines innovation, technology, and scalable strategies to deliver efficient, results-driven management with a strong focus on talent development and operational excellence. /ppbr/ppAs part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a General Manger to lead the opening and launch of a hotel in a key destination in Spain. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbDuties Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliLead the hotel pre-opening and operational launch process. /liliEnsure full compliance with 4★ international brand standards. /liliOversee overall hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality. /liliLead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused culture. /liliEnsure an outstanding and consistent guest experience. /liliSupervise key departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Beverage, and Maintenance. /liliManage budgets, operational costs, and key hotel KPIs. /liliOrganize staffing, schedules, internal procedures, and operational workflows.



/liliAct as the main point of contact during the opening and stabilization phase. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). /liliPrevious experience in leadership roles within the hotel industry (Hotel Manager or similar). /liliStrong knowledge of 4★ or higher hotel operations. /liliExperience in hotel openings, pre-openings, or rebranding projects (highly valued). /liliProficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office. /liliStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. /liliHands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset. /liliFluent Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus). /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppAt Panoram, we believe in equal opportunities.
