Prepares and builds consensus for annual HSE plans for plant‑wide HSE Initiatives to enable HSE cultural development. /li liDevelops technical guidance programmes to identify and remove physical hazards. /li liEnsures appropriate risk assessments are conducted and appropriate controls implemented to minimise or eliminate accidents, asset losses, security breaches, health problems and environmental issues that might cause harm to one of the company's employees, contractors, visitors, assets or reputation. /li liProvides expertise to the incident investigation process to ensure the sharing and implementation of lessons learned and prevent reoccurrence. Ensures the HSE reporting process is followed by the plant team. /li liEnsures that the appropriate talent is in place through training,



mentoring and succession planning and supports HSE training and coaching within the plan to drive understanding and improvement of the HSE culture. /li liEnsures compliance and understanding of regulatory requirements, Mondelez policies and continuous improvement in key identified measures and objectives. /li liEnsures sustainability road‑maps for energy, waste, water reduction are built and implemented. /li liAttends and supports the daily management system meetings and related GEMBA sessions. Is a visible leader within the operational workplace inspecting the production area and coaching line teams. /li liInteracts with operational and health and safety committees, building employee engagement in HSE processes and supports the development and implementation of plant wellbeing programmes. /li liServes as a member of the HSE pillar. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou are a student or recent graduate of Management Engineering plus a Spanish Prevention degree. /li liYou are proficient with office tools. /li liYou are fluent in English. /li liNielsen tools are a plus. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence internal stakeholders at all levels. /li liExcellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
