From our new office in downtown Barcelona, we market and sell premium furniture through local website brands in the US, UK, and EU, with more than 70,000 happy customers worldwide. /p pWe are now looking for an analytics Head of Performance Marketing (Barcelona-based) who will be responsible for mentoring and leading our performance Marketing team, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. /p pThe successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics, will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins, and have strong experience within Google Ads Meta. /p h3Job description /h3 ul liDay-to-day manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team for up to 4 people (two for Meta Ads; two for Google Ads). This role requires a person with strong people and analytics skills. /li liTogether with your team and co-founder, manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads within the target markets; (Online E-Commerce stores in the US, UK, and EU) /li liCarefully adapt and execute the company's marketing strategy. /li liAbility to work structured and confidence in project management tools such as ClickUp. /li liHands-on approach to job tasks: this role requires a candidate with a solid hands-on approach and a proven track record in hands-on experience within Google Ads and Meta Ads. /li liConduct data analysis and reporting to ensure an accurate account of marketing costs. /li liMonitor and improve campaign performance. /li liIdentify complex challenges and present and communicate solutions to the critical internal and external stakeholders.



/li liMonitor industry trends with a view to opportunities to translate and execute them into the business. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrable +2 years of hands‑on Google Paid Search experience is required for this role.
