This role sits at the intersection of IT, operations, and regional teams, and is essential to keeping the plant running safely, efficiently, and in line with Lear values and governance standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead plant IT operations and act as the first escalation point during critical incidents. /li liEnsure high availability and performance of hardware, networks, IT security, and telecommunications systems. /li liDeliver consistent, high‑quality IT services to support production and business users. /li liMonitor, maintain, and secure IT systems to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data. /li liEnsure compliance with ISMS, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and internal IT governance and control requirements. /li liEnforce corporate IT standards and align local practices with regional and integral guidelines. /li liManage the plant IT team, including recruitment, performance management, training, scheduling,
