ppEurovision Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Manager to join our People, Culture Communication team in Madrid. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pThis is a strategic leadership role at the center of Eurovision’s integral operations — leading the execution of people processes in an international, fast-paced environment, while ensuring HR administration effectively supports the business and its strategic objectives. /p pAs a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will shape how People operations, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce governance are delivered and continuously improved across Eurovision’s international footprint. /p h3YOUR IMPACT /h3 pAs a Senior HR Manager, you willb lead the end-to-end people administration function across Eurovision locations /b— from employee lifecycle management and labor relations to organizational support and HR operations excellence. /p pYou will optimize People processes, ensure compliance across locations, drive operational consistency, and foster a collaborative, people-focused culture aligned with Eurovision’s business objectives. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Employee Relations Labor Governance /h3 ul liLead and manage complex employee cases including disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and performance-related matters. /li liLead negotiations, communication, and relationship management with Workers’ Councils and employee representative bodies. /li liServe as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations matters, coaching managers to lead successfully with complex people situations. /li /ul h3Compensation, Benefits Payroll Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate payroll processes and collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams. /li liAdminister compensation structures and employee benefits programs across locations. /li liConduct salary benchmarking exercises and support compensation review processes. /li liEnsure benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs. /li liDevelop and implement People strategies aligned with Eurovision’s corporate objectives and growth plans. /li liDrive consistency and standardization of People policies and procedures across all office locations. /li liPartner with managers across the organization to support organizational planning, workforce development, and employee matters, providing guidance on people management best practices.
/li /ul h3Compliance Policy Management /h3 ul liMaintain and update employee handbooks, staff regulations, and People policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across all office locations. /li liLead People audits and ensure legal compliance across all employee-related activities. /li liPartner with external legal advisors and labor specialists when required. /li /ul h3People Operations Administration /h3 ul liOversee day-to-day People operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. /li liManage employee records, People systems, personnel documentation, and confidential data, ensuring data integrity and compliance across HRIS platforms and People processes. /li liActively work on the optimization of People workflows, operational standards, and administrative processes to better support business needs and improve efficiency. /li /ul h3Leadership Team Management /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and develop the People Team across different locations. /li liFoster a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented People culture. /li liDelegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring high-quality operational delivery. /li liDrive continuous improvement, capability building, and professional development within the People function. /li /ul h3YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS /h3 ul li7+ years of progressive experience in the Human Resources department. /li liMinimum of 3+ years in a senior HR leadership or management role. /li liExperience managing HR employee relations experience across multiple locations. /li liDemonstrable experience in negotiations with the Workers Council. /li liStrong knowledge of Spanish Labor Law (knowledge of any other legislation is highly appreciated). /li liExperience implementing and managing HRIS systems. /li liExcellent leadership and people management skills. /li liProblem-solving and conflict resolution skills /li liAbility to work independently, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving /li liStrong analytical and reporting capabilities. /li liHigh attention to detail, organization,
