You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. /p h3Main missions /h3 ul liRequirements Gathering Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. /li liSolution Design Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions. /li liStakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. /li liSupport Change Management Adoption: Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. /li liProject Support Delivery: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation. /li liPerformance Monitoring Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes; Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership. /li liContinuous Improvement:
