Acting as a key partner to our business stake holders, instructional designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Learning Program Manager ensures that learning initiatives are effectively scoped, developed, and rolled out to meet strategic capability needs. This role combines pedagogic and/or technical expertise with project management rigor to drive impactful learning experiences. /p pThe Learning Program manager will work closely with the service lines (except audit assurance) to optimize the technical training offering as an integrated solution that supports our employees to perform at their best and deliver outstanding quality to our clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 pbLearning Needs Analysis /b /p ul liUnderstand business priorities,
challenges and workforce capabilities in the technical domain /li liAlign learning strategies with regulatory requirement and compliance /li liConduct learning needs assessments in partnership with the service lines and Learning team /li liTranslate skill gaps to consistent and effective learning solutions /li liRecommend scalable learning solutions that drive measurable performance and behavioural outcomes /li /ul pbProgram Development Oversight /b /p ul liDevelop digital, blended, and face-to-face learning programs aligned with learning objectives and to the expected quality standard /li liImplement and enhance learning paths for a service line or domain /li liIntegrate didactic principles and learning technologies into program design /li liReview and validate programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness /li liResearch and curate off-the-shelf training materials where appropriate /li liMonitor learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs /li liStay informed on emerging learning practices, tools, and modalities /li liInteract with Learning community/related professsions and update the community on new initiatives or projects /li liFacilitation/moderation of training if needed /li /ul pbSME Engagement /b /p ul liBuild strong, consultative relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) /li liEmpower SMEs to contribute effectively to content development,
review and validation /li liEnsure SME input aligns with learning goals and instructional design standards /li /ul pbProject Management /b /p ul liLead end-to-end operational management of learning projects in collaboration with the support team /li liDevelop project plans, timelines, and identify resource requirements /li liManage project communications and stakeholder reporting /li liMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Learning Development, Business or related field /li li5-7 years of project management experience, preferable within LD, HR, or corporate training in the financial services industry /li liExperience of working with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) /li liStrong business acumen and the ability to link learning outcomes to business performance /li liFamiliarity with LMS/LXP platforms, virtual delivery tools, and content authoring systems /li liUnderstanding of didactics, learning psychology and instructional design /li liStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liInnovative and future-oriented mindset (e.g., AI, Adaptive Learning) /li liUnderstanding and keeping up with AI tools and applications /li /ul pThe responsibilities and tasks described in this job description are not exhaustive.
