Join our dynamic team in Spain and play a key role in ensuring that our equipment runs at peak performance — safely, efficiently, and sustainably. /p h3Your Mission: /h3 pWorking hand in hand with the Maintenance Manager, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance strategy, leading initiatives that make a real impact on safety, quality, and performance. /p h3What You Will Do: /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Maintenance Manager to define and implement the site's maintenance strategy. /li liAct as a key user of the SAP Plant Maintenance module, supporting its proper implementation. /li liManage and optimize the maintenance department's spare parts inventory. /li liDevelop and execute a preventive maintenance plan. /li liEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation. /li liSupport and guide the maintenance team in daily operations. /li liEvaluate, Approve and monitor suppliers and MRO materials.



/li liCreate purchase orders and contracts for maintenance tasks. /li liContribute to the execution of CAPEX projects and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For: /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering or similar. /li li2–3 years of experience in maintenance departments, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical sector. /li liStrong communication and teamwork skills. /li liCommitment to safety and reliability. /li liAvailability outside of working hours when necessary. /li /ul h3Your Skills and Tools: /h3 ul liProficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). /li liExperience with SAP (CNMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. /li liKnowledge of industrial automation. /li liFamiliarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement. /li liKnowledge of maintenance KPIs and performance monitoring. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
