In this role, you will shape the secure, scalable PKI-based infrastructure that underpins Roche's digital health systems. You join a cross-functional Certman team to automate and secure trust infrastructure across multi-cloud environments, while improving CI/CD and observability. You’ll lead transformational DevOps practices and cloud integration to support enterprise security. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact healthcare at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and maintain the PKI infrastructure and related plumbing across multi-cloud environments
• Design and maintain Terraform modules and automation for infrastructure
• Operate Kubernetes in a hybrid setup and manage end-to-end cluster ownership
• Manage secrets, PKI workflows, and related security controls
• Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)



and mature GitOps with ArgoCD
• Build and maintain self-hosted runners, VM image creation for on-prem workloads
• Enhance observability using Grafana Cloud and related tooling
• Support three product teams with operational support while proposing improvements

Responsabilidades
• Production Kubernetes experience and end-to-end cluster ownership
• Hands-on Terraform xqbhyrx experience
• AWS familiarity and secrets management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
• Scripting in Python or Bash
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive problem solving, and collaborative communication
• Ability to lead technical conversations across levels from day one
