Specialist for a leading general home technology brand , based in
Athens, Greece . As a Customer Support Specialist , you will play a
key role in assisting customers with their home devices, answering
their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and
technical troubleshooting. Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming
phone calls, messages, and emails from customers. Provide
information and support on products such as vacuum cleaners, air
purifiers, hair care tools, and more. Troubleshoot technical issues
and offer effective solutions. Process warranty claims, repairs,
and replacements. Recommend products based on customer needs and
preferences. Maintain high customer satisfaction through
professional and friendly communication. Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and
English . Strong attention to detail. Good technical
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle
unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
