In this role you will design, optimize and validate production processes for high-reliability satellite components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and robust industrial performance. You will drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives and digital manufacturing efforts to shorten lead times and improve throughput. The position sits within a space manufacturing environment, contributing to ECSS-aligned documentation and industrial readiness reviews. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, validate and optimize production processes for electronic equipment, satellite subsystems and structural assemblies
• Create and maintain ECSS-aligned industrial documentation (work instructions, flowcharts, assembly sequences)
• Provide daily technical production support to operators and resolve deviations and bottlenecks
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce lead time and boost throughput
• Perform capability studies and industrial readiness reviews (IRR, MRR)




• Deploy digital manufacturing tools and support industrial digital transformation
• Collaborate with Industrial Architect, design engineering, QA, supply chain and project teams to ensure manufacturability
• Analyze NCRs and lead root-cause investigations with corrective/preventive actions (8D, DMAIC)
• Evaluate new materials, processes and equipment to support innovation and competitiveness
• Utilize MES, ERP, PLM (Windchill) and other digital platforms to monitor and improve processes

Responsabilidades
• Manufacturing Engineering expertise in high-reliability products
• xqbhyrx Ability to apply Lean u0026 Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ECSS-Q-ST-70 series (soldering, adhesives, materials, cleanliness)
• Technical documentation writing skills
• Data analysis and capability studies
• Experience with MES, ERP, PLM (Windchill) and digital manufacturing platforms
• Strong teamwork and communication in fast-paced environments
• English required; French a plus
