ppWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive to join a strategic business in the digital infrastructure and energy sectors, currently in a key stage of growth and development within one of the world’s leading infrastructure groups. /p pBased in Madrid, the role will provide direct, high-level support to a Senior Executive in a highly demanding, international and fast-paced environment. /p pThe idóneo candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, resilient and discreet professional, with excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the flexibility required to support a Senior Executive with demanding schedules, frequent international travel and constantly changing priorities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage, coordinate, prioritize and continuously adjust the Senior Executive’s complex calendar and daily agenda, ensuring effective time management, anticipating conflicts and aligning meetings and commitments with business priorities. /li liCoordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings across multiple countries and time zones, proactively managing schedule changes and last-minute requests. /li liOrganize and manage extensive international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, visas, expenses, and frequent modifications due to business needs. /li liOrganize executive-level meetings, conference calls, and business events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance. /li liAct as a key liaison between the Senior Executive and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and handling highly confidential information with discretion. /li liPrepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, correspondence, and other executive documentation. /li liAnticipate business needs,
proactively resolving issues and ensuring the smooth running of the Senior Executive’s activities and commitments. /li liSupport strategic projects and facilitate coordination between the Senior Executive and the leadership team. /li liCollaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative teams to ensure seamless support across the organization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive, President, Managing Director, or other senior leadership position, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles. /li liExceptional organizational, planning, coordination, and prioritization skills. /li liDemonstrated experience managing complex calendars with frequent changes, multiple stakeholders, and international travel arrangements. /li liExperience working in an international and multicultural environment. /li liExceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools. /li liFluent English (written and spoken) is essential. /li liHigh level of flexibility, commitment, and availability, including occasional support outside regular office hours due to international operations, travel schedules, and changing business priorities. /li liStrong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset. /li liResidence in Madrid is required. /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liCompetitive salary package according to the candidate’s experience and profile. /li liThe opportunity to be part of a strategic and growing business within one of the world’s leading infrastructure groups. /li liA dynamic, international and high-impact environment, with the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
