pb Job Summary /b /p p The Service Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain operations in Spain. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. /p pb Job Responsibilities /b /p p Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. /p p Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers. /p p Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. /p p Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. /p p Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner. /p p Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.



/p p Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality. /p p Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management. /p p Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management. /p p Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations. /p pb Job Qualifications /b /p p Bachelor#39;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master#39;s degree preferred. /p p Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. /pp Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships. Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations. /p
