Keep reading! /p pThe Supply New Build Lead will own the full lifecycle of PropHero’s new-build promotions: feasibility, financial modelling, coordination with legal and technical teams, and overall project oversight. This person will be key in scaling the new-build supply vertical and ensuring operational excellence across all active promotions. /p h3How you will shape Prophero /h3 ul liManage new-build residential developments from land acquisition through to the handover of completed homes. /li liConduct urban planning, technical, financial, and commercial feasibility analyses for each project. /li liCoordinate all key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, engineers, financial institutions, notaries, and public authorities. /li liOversee permits, project development, construction progress, and ensure compliance with timelines. /li liMonitor budgets,



costs, financing, and overall project profitability. /li liCoordinate the sales process, property conveyancing, and final handover of the homes. /li liIdentify potential risks and implement solutions to ensure the successful delivery of each development. /li liPrepare regular reports for senior management and ensure business objectives are achieved. /li /ul h3What you will bring to our team /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of experience managing new-build residential promotions (preferably within developers). /li liDegree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. /li liStrong command of financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and performance metrics. /li liProficiency in Excel, Project, or promotion management software. /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with banks, notaries, and public administrations. /li liHighly analytical, structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong results orientation. /li liAdvanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications. /li /ul h3What can we offer you /h3 pWe believe in pushing boundaries and embracing challenges.
