The selected partner will work closely with Gilardini Realty to identify, acquire, manage, and enhance the performance of our portfolio of Spanish real estate assets. /p h3Scope of Responsibilities /h3 h3The idóneo partner will support Gilardini Realty in the following areas: /h3 h31- Deal Sourcing /h3 ulliIdentify and present value-add and opportunistic investment opportunities in the Spanish market. /liliProvide strategic insight into market dynamics and emerging trends. /li /ul h32- Transaction Advisory /h3 ulliAdvise on all stages of the acquisition and disposal process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and structuring. /liliSupport negotiations and liaise with local advisors and stakeholders.
