In this role you drive end-to-end business development for Total Water Management, from discovery to contract finalisation. You act as the gatekeeper between internal resources and external partners to ensure qualified opportunities, competitive proposals, and profitable outcomes. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value, manage pricing and ROI, and sustain customer satisfaction through contract execution. This position offers impact by shaping TWM growth and alliances in a dynamic water-treatment domain.

• Participate in discovery calls and raise TWM-specific questions to customers
• Manage opportunity qualification and advise on Go/No-Go decisions
• Coordinate with Ecolab/Nalco teams during selling phase as gatekeeper
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead pricing engineering for review and submission
• Ensure 100% process compliance with Finance and leadership approvals
• Support contract follow-up and renegotiation from a commercial perspective
• Balance commercial and technical aspects post-year-one to capture lessons and benchmarks




• Deliver internal and external presentations of TWM capabilities with Marketing, CAM u0026 DM
• Network with Engineering, industry marketers, and Ru0026D to leverage new developments
• Maintain benchmarks on methods, technology, and costing during selling
• Improve competitiveness by optimising costs in proposals
• Drive contract finalisation with Legal and CAM
• Develop and expand national accounts in designated segments and secure major new business at corporate level

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Water Processing or related field
• Strong sales-driven mindset and solid understanding of sales processes
• Experience xqbhyrx with mid-to-large projects
• Knowledge of complex multi-discipline solution selling
• Strong market and vendor network (equipment, engineering)
• Experience in Project Management (execution phase)
• Outsourcing project experience is a must
• Minimum 10 years' experience in mid-to-large companies
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel 30-50%
