/b /li liOptimize and improve the performance of backend services within high-throughput messaging systems. /li liContribute to the implementation and enhancement of APIs, messaging pipelines, and data models. /li liWork with non-relational databases, ensuring effective data handling. /li liCollaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality features aligned with business goals. /li liFollow best practices to ensure scalability, security, and observability of services. /li liEngage actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous learning to foster personal growth and team excellence. /li liTake ownership of your tasks, embracing responsibility for the code you deliver. /li /ul h3What We Look For: /h3 ul li3-5 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in bJava. /b /li liSolid understanding of bmicroservices architecture /b and distributed systems. /li liExperience working with non-relational databases. /li liFamiliarity with event-driven architectures and message queue systems like bKafka. /b /li liGood problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions. /li liExperience in designing and developing bRESTful APIs.
