You will provide technical support throughout the pre-sales process, contribute to product strategy, and work closely with sales, HQ, and partners to deliver competitive solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport HQ with product planning by analyzing market trends and customer needs. /liliCollect and analyze business requirements and competitor information to improve products and solutions. /liliConduct market research to support product positioning and pricing. /liliProvide technical support for projects, including solution design, requirement analysis, proposals, tenders, and technical documentation. /liliDeliver technical training to distributors and system integrators.



/liliCollaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful project delivery. /liliPerform other related tasks as assigned. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree or above. /lili3+ years of experience in the CCTV, ICT, or high-tech industry. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills; training experience is a plus. /liliProactive, analytical, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure. /lilibNative-level Spanish; proficiency in English or Chinese preferred. /b /liliWillingness to travel frequently. /liliExperience working with system integrators or project-based solutions is preferred.
