You will act as a partner for our sales and project management teams and be responsible for our install and service contracts. You will maintain a high level of customer service and answer contractual queries. /ph3Primary Duties /h3ulliManaging and processing orders. /liliReviewing managing contracts data in our ERP system and monitoring they are following company policies. /liliProcessing data for new orders and order modifications. /liliCreate billing invoices and credit notes. /liliPreparing sending indexation renewal letters to customers. /liliRequesting guarantees for the placed orders. /liliCompleting commercial correspondence and supporting project managers with order related matters. /liliCommunication verbally and in writing in English and Dutch or French or German or Italian. /liliBe the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers. /liliChecking contracts and approvals in our CRM tool. /liliSupport and manage dispute resolution. /liliCommunicating proactively with clients. /liliRun calculations for customer offers. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3pRequired: /pulliFluency in English and Spanish /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. /liliExcellent proficiency with MS Office suite. /liliEffective time management, in order to meet deadlines.
