ph3Research Associate / Platform Technician /h3 pALLOX is a spin‑off of the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) focused on advanced allosteric mapping to drive drug discovery and biotechnology innovations. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain and must start in September 2026. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSpearhead development and maintenance of the ALLOX experimental allosteric mapping platform. /li liSelect, prioritise and experimentally validate new therapeutically relevant targets for the platform. /li lidesign liAnise interaction with the computational team to integrate bioinformatic tools into daily wet‑lab workflows. /li /lidesign /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biological Engineering, or related field. /li li3+ years of full‑time wet‑lab experience (industry or academia). /li liProficiency in PCR, plasmid cloning, primer and plasmid design, DNA extraction, purification, and quantification. /li liHands‑on experience with microbiology transformation, cell culture, and handling. /li liQuick learner of new methods and approaches. /li liStrong teamwork and collaborative attitude. /li liAbility to manage shifting priorities while delivering high‑quality results on time. /li liExcellent organisational and record‑keeping skills. /li liFluent in English.
