ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coordinate and standardize regional Industrial Hygiene programs and processes /li liSupport implementation of IH systems including Alcoa IH programs, SDS systems, hazard identification, risk characterization and exposure assessments /li liPartner with the Corporate IH Manager and Health CoE to develop strategies to eliminate adverse health outcomes /li liRecommend and drive regional and integral IH goals and KPIs /li liParticipate in the Alcoa Industrial Hygiene Lead Team and global technical forums /li liFacilitate sharing of IH best practices across European locations /li liSupport sites in developing and maintaining comprehensive IH management programs (respiratory protection, exposure control, ergonomics, hearing conservation, hazard communication, radiation, hazardous materials management and new material reviews) /li liAct as SME for select Alcoa EHS Standards and IH Audit Self‑Assessment tools /li liProvide IH expertise for TSCA-related matters within the region /li liCoordinate REACH compliance across Europe /li liCoach and mentor IH professionals and support capability development across the region /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry or a related discipline; Master of Science preferred /li li15+ years’ experience, including 10+ years as an Industrial Hygiene professional,
