ppOne of our clients resides in Sotogrande and is looking for a bSpanish-Speaking PA /b with excellent communication skills in English and a strong advantage would be if the person also speaks Swedish or Norwegian. /p pThe role requires relocation to bSotogrande /b or in the close vicinity if you don't already live in the area, but is not a formal office-based role. The role may require some international travel. /p pThe salary offered is anything from b€28-50K /b depending on previous experience. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul lipManage the full agenda and calendars, work and private, of the UBO /p /li lipSchedule business meetings /p /li lipEnsure the UBO is informed and reminded of his agenda daily /p /li lipOrganise lunches and dinners, both business and private /p /li lipEnsure dry cleaning is picked up and delivered /p /li lipEnsure gifts are bought and delivered e.g. for kids' parties /p /li lipEnsure vehicles are always top-notch, incl MOT, cleaning, repairs /p /li lipLive in or close to Sotogrande /p /li lipAble to work versátil hours with calls / emails outside of standard office hours (as per agreement)
