As a Legal Counsel, you will join the Legal Department of TGW Iberia, working closely with business functions such as Sales and Project Management, as well as with the Group Legal team in Austria, within a truly international and solution-oriented environment. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), and fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required. /p h3What you'll be handling: /h3 ul liReview and validation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in accordance with group policies /li liAnalysis and review of commercial contracts (LOIs, agreements, annexes) in French, Spanish,
