We support global clients in delivering compliant digital transformation programmes, combining deep regulatory expertise with practical project delivery. /p pFor an exciting international project, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead the coordination, rollout, integration and migration of a Veeva Vault implementation. This is a role for someone who has done it before, at scale, and who can hold their ground with senior stakeholders when programmes get demanding. /p pWhether you are an experienced freelancer or looking for a permanent position, we would love to hear from you. We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liLeading the overall coordination of a Veeva Vault rollout, including integration and migration activities /li liPlanning and tracking milestones, timelines and deliverables across the programme /li liManaging risks, issues and dependencies through to resolution /li liDriving alignment across QA, IT, business teams and external vendors /li liCoordinating with validation and testing activities (CSV) and ensuring alignment with GxP, data integrity and audit requirements /li liSupporting inspection readiness and documentation completeness /li liPreparing and facilitating project status meetings, SteerCo meetings and cross-functional workshops, including direct engagement with C-level stakeholders /li liOwning stakeholder communication, action tracking and follow-up across all levels /li liProducing weekly and monthly status reports, meeting minutes,
