With a legacy spanning several decades. /p h3General Responsibilities /h3 ul liDirects sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for the sales of Class C and Towable units. /li liDevelops effective sales incentive programs which support company’s goals for growth. /li liDirects, builds, develops, and manages a sales and marketing team. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and customers. /li liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. /li liDevelop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities to support the company. /li liPresent, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective dealers/retailers. /li liDirect market analysis of local competition to ensure competitive advantage. /li liAchieve sales targets and outcomes.
