Under the guidance of the Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping our guests with their individual reservations, advising them on the best option for their needs and supporting them with any issue they might have. /p ul liSupport the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning future market need periods. /li liSupport and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation. /li liEnsure that the hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in the systems. /li liOngoing Revenue System health-checks and optimization. /li liHandle all requests for guest room reservations, changes and cancellations in according with the established guidelines. /li liFollow up on any possible fraudulent reservation that may impact the revenue performance. /li liHandle no shows and control non-guaranteed reservations. /li liEnsure that all distribution channels effectively support the hotel and maintain rate parity. /li liEnsure that communication with other departments,
